<p>Vendor Enrollment Specialist</p> <p>What We Need</p> <p>Corpay is currently looking to hire a Vendor Enrollment Specialist within our Paymerang division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between our clients and their vendors, facilitating electronic payment enrollments. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant difference in our clients' accounts payable processes by working with vendors to determine and set up payment methods. You will report directly to the Enrollment Manager and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments.</p> <p>How We Work</p> <p>As a Vendor Enrollment Specialist, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:</p> <ul> <li>Assigned workspace in Richmond, VA </li><li>Company-issued equipment </li><li>Formal, hands-on training </li></ul> <p>Role Responsibilities</p> <p>The responsibilities of the role will include:</p> <ul> <li>Managing incoming payments without a confirmed payment method </li><li>Following policies and procedures when speaking with clients and vendors </li><li>Effectively researching vendors and matching payment instructions </li><li>Determining what form of electronic payment the vendor will accept </li><li>Inputting accurate payment details and managing reports in our application </li><li>Building strong and sustainable relationships with clients and vendors </li><li>Meeting personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Skills</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>At least 6 months of experience with vendor data analysis </li><li>2 years of customer service experience </li><li>Strong customer focus and effective communication with peers, management, and clients </li><li>Good judgment and decision-making skills </li><li>Effective time management skills and attention to detail </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) </li><li>Strong phone contact skills, including active listening </li></ul> <p>Benefits & Perks</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire </li><li>Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements) </li><li>Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide </li><li>Robust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time </li><li>Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) </li><li>Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations </li><li>Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer</p> <p>Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
