Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences. </li><li>World-class benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, mental health, and vision coverage for you, your spouse/partner, and children. </li></ul> <p>You will be part of the North America Business Partner (Cell Finance) team who serves as a strategic partner to cell leaders and drives the end-to-end office finance priorities.</p> <p>You will lead a team and be responsible for overseeing finance business partnership support for a designated set of sub-region(s) within North America while driving economic stewardship and performance management across all office activities and major initiatives.</p> <p>You will act as the strategic, financial & operating thought-partner to the Office Manager(s) and other Senior Partner leadership while actively enabling the integration of global Finance service lines to ensure appropriate service levels and outcomes.</p> <p>Your key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Overseeing all aspects of office-level finance strategy and relevant activities, integrating across FP&A, client finance (engagement management, billing, collections), finance operations, Pricing and Investment committee support, financial risk management and compliance activities </li><li>Leading the office's budgeting and performance management processes; getting "behind the numbers" in identification and implementation of appropriate economic stewardship </li><li>Delivering performance management information and insights (reporting, dashboards, metrics) to enable leaders to understand performance and take informed strategic and tactical business decisions </li><li>Driving Partner engagement and communications on performance and other Finance matters </li><li>Leading or contributing to various regional strategic initiatives as a senior finance leader and developing, in conjunction with senior partner colleagues, initiatives to strengthen the capabilities of the partnership in stewardship, risk and financial management, negotiation and engagement pricing </li><li>Partnering with global service lines (e.g., Accounting, Controllership, Commercial Arrangements, etc.) to ensure appropriate service levels and outcomes that serve the Office with a focus on continuous improvement </li><li>Driving efficiencies in working capital and engagement economics discipline </li><li>Driving global finance topics to build and further professionalize functional capabilities </li><li>Leading and managing a team of finance professionals across all people management topics (e.g. hiring, evaluations, coaching, and professional development) </li><li>4-year university degree, preferably in a finance field; CPA or MBA desired </li><li>10+ years of relevant finance and/or management consulting experience </li><li>Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to navigate the firm with excellent senior level stakeholder management experience </li><li>Outstanding analytic thinking and problem solving skills </li><li>Strong project/process manager </li><li>Ability to effectively coach teams and individuals </li><li>Experienced people leader with prior team management experience </li><li>Outstanding communicator, commanding/influencing an audience </li><li>Ability to leverage extensive network to create impact </li></ul>
