Candidates must have strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with large-scale data testing, including ETL/ELT flows and Snowflake environments.</p> <p>Rate Range: $49/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Analyst job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strategize and execute testing approaches for large-scale data migration projects, ensuring data quality and reliability.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze complex ETL/ELT data flows, transformation logic, and large datasets to identify gaps and improve data validation processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and implement automated testing solutions using SQL, Python scripts, and reusable validation templates.</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize QA processes by reducing manual steps, implementing best practices, and driving process automation opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Validate dashboards and reports in BI tools such as TIBCO Spotfire, Statistica, and Power BI to ensure accurate data visualization.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data quality risks, propose solutions, and enhance overall analytics outcomes.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 8+ years of experience in data testing and validation, with strong exposure to large-scale data migration projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud-based SQL environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of ETL/ELT data flows, data transformation logic, and proficiency in BI tools such as TIBCO Spotfire, Statistica, and Power BI.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
