<p>Job Description</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Executive Director Specialist at Kisco Senior Living provides short-term, on-site leadership at Kisco communities, ensuring smooth daily operations, strong team performance, and a high-quality resident experience. This role supports communities in transition and reinforces Kisco standards, systems, and values.</p> <p>Must be willing to live or relocate to a Kisco Market: Southern California, Bay Area, Raleigh, Colorado, or DC/Maryland</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead community operations in the absence of an Executive Director.</p> </li><li> <p>Support department heads in meeting operational and financial goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze budgets and drive financial performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve resident and staff concerns promptly.</p> </li><li> <p>Onboard and support new Executive Directors.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with training and development of community staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Home Office for support and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive occupancy through marketing efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Promote and ensure adherence to Kisco policies and values.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor quality metrics and implement improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct reviews and audits as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree required.</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of management experience; 3+ years in senior living.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience in developing and implementing budgets.</p> </li></ul> <p>Core Competencies</p> <ul> <li> <p>Operational leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Financial acumen</p> </li><li> <p>Conflict resolution</p> </li><li> <p>Staff development</p> </li><li> <p>Customer service focus</p> </li><li> <p>Organizational agility</p> </li></ul> <p>What's in it for me?
