This role is ideal for a culinary leader who thrives in a central production environment, embraces technology-driven foodservice, and enjoys building strong client relationships.About the OperationThis account serves as a central kitchen and commissary, producing food for:1 main café (HQ)3 satellite cafés within a 15-mile radiusFull catering servicesAll food production is executed at the main location and distributed to the satellite cafés, offering the opportunity to lead a large-scale, efficient, and quality-driven operation.IncentivesM-F 6am to 4pm with some evenings, no weekendsWhat You'll DoThe Executive Chef 2 will oversee all culinary operations across the headquarters and three plant locations, ensuring excellence in food quality, safety, production, and presentation. This position also plays a key role in the deployment and oversight of new self-check and mobile ordering technology, making it ideal for a chef who enjoys modernization and continuous improvement. In the absence of the General Manager, the Executive Chef will provide leadership support to both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute high-volume commissary food productionDevelop and deliver creative, multicultural menusConduct nutritional value analysisOversee ordering, inventory control, and some unit financialsEnsure exceptional food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitationManage and develop a team of 10 hourly employeesOversee catering services and special eventsMaintain strong client interaction and relationshipsSupport and manage the rollout of self-check/mobile ordering technologyWhat We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
