If you're eager for your next opportunity, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step.</p> <p>The Equipment Repair Technician maintains and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers.</p> <p>The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm, or until the work is completed.</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums </li><li>Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service </li><li>Maintain up-to-date records of services performed </li><li>Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory </li><li>Properly demonstrate equipment to customers </li><li>Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction </li><li>Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge </li><li>Follow safety and housekeeping procedures </li></ul> <p>You have:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience </li><li>A valid driver's license and a clean MVR </li><li>Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience </li><li>Electrical and mechanical experience </li><li>Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li></ul>
