<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Part time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>12 Hour Night Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team!</p> <p>Schedule: Pool Tier II, Night Shift 7pm-7:30am</p> <p>Tier II Requirements: 48 hour minimum commitment per 4 week schedule, 2 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule, 1 Winter Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), 1 Spring/Summer Holiday (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)</p> <p>The primary objective of this position is to improve quality. Responsible for the direct and/or indirect care of patients assigned utilizing professional nursing skills and knowledge.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assesses learning needs, readiness to learn and identify actual or potential barriers to learning and thereby incorporating the patient's education into daily activities based on age, cultural and spiritual values.</p> </li><li> <p>Documents admission assessment / reassessment, plan, interventions and medication use and monitors its effects and outcomes according to policy.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilizes the information management system to enhance communication and documents change in-patients condition to all appropriate individuals.
