This position will be responsible for teaching a three-credit graduate section of COUN 233: Human Resource Fieldwork. This is a Rehabilitation Counseling-specific course in which students learn how to provide rehabilitation counseling consultation services to businesses. The successful candidate will teach a full section during the summer 2026 term. The instructor is responsible for delivering course content, facilitating activities, and grading assignments. This course is required of all students specializing in Rehabilitation Counseling.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A master's degree in rehabilitation counseling </li><li>Experience in rehabilitation counseling </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A master's degree in rehabilitation counseling </li><li>Experience in rehabilitation counseling </li></ul> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>60% - Deliver content related to providing rehabilitation counseling services to businesses. </li><li>15% - Monitor and document individual student progress. </li><li>10% - Facilitate discussion of relevant issues. </li><li>5% - Adjust the pre-developed curriculum and textbook / article choices as needed. </li><li>5% - Provide final grades for students according to the university calendar. </li><li>5% - Create new course content and readings as needed. </li></ul> <p>Special Instructions to Applicants:</p> <p>For consideration, you must apply online.
