<p>Div. 26 Nashville, TN</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Responsible for generating new customers and cross selling existing customers for the required inspections of special hazard systems, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, exit/emergency lighting, and fire suppression systems.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Using cold calls and warm leads seek new customers to expand customer base. </li><li>Establish contact with potential clients of fire protection inspection services by efficiently scheduling sales calls, quickly following up on leads after they are provided, and assisting customers identify fire life safety needs. </li><li>Keep in communication with existing client base to potentially upsell and cross sell additional services not currently provided. </li><li>Conducting site surveys of customer locations and review with Management to develop appropriate pricing and presentation plan. </li><li>Develop and maintain customer relationships through communication, accurate quotes, anticipating fire life safety needs, resolving concerns and complaints, and providing education or fire code reference support. </li><li>Prepare and present proposals and contracts timely and accurately that offer fire life safety solutions to customers including information required to complete technician dispatching, report submitting, record keeping and client billing. </li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction levels meet are a priority and exceed company standards. </li><li>Develop and maintain an active proposal pipeline to support current department needs and future growth opportunities. </li><li>Maintain and report sales business plan to Management during monthly meeting. </li><li>Develop an understanding of assigned Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler market and services provided to customers within assigned territory. </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <p>Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 5+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> <p>Computer Skills</p> <p>Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.</p>
