This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role at a pivotal moment in the company's growth journey. The company is looking for a product leader who can bring deep domain expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on execution to help scale their platform and product organization. The ideal candidate experience must have experience working with ticketing platforms-ideally both primary and secondary markets and extensive leadership experience (Director/senior director/VP level).</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and grow a lean team of Product Managers </li><li>Own the full product lifecycle-from discovery to delivery and iteration </li><li>Write user stories, define requirements, and ensure best practices in product development </li><li>Manage the product intake process and align priorities with strategic goals </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, PMO, and executive leadership </li><li>Serve as a strategic voice in product direction and innovation </li><li>Stay close to the market and users, particularly in the ticketing/events ecosystem* 7-10 years of product management experience, including team leadership </li><li>Strong technical fluency-able to write user stories and understand ecommerce architecture </li><li>Experience in primary ticketing or ecommerce marketplaces is a must </li><li>Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to roll up your sleeves </li><li>Proven ability to operate in lean, high-tenure environments </li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies </li><li>Experience with marketplaces, demand/supply balancing, or pricing models </li><li>Familiarity with third-party integrations or ticketing APIs </li><li>A background in both primary and secondary ticketing platforms </li></ul>
