Mathnasium is looking for motivated, hands-on leaders to manage the daily operations of our learning centers.</p> <p>As a Center Director, you'll work closely with families to guide students on their math journey, manage a team of instructors, and ensure the center runs smoothly every day. This is not a traditional teaching role-it's a leadership position for someone who believes in the power of math education, is excited to learn our proven systems, and can confidently communicate our value to parents.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Manage all day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and student-focused environment</p> <p>Meet with parents to discuss student needs and progress, and clearly explain the value of the Mathnasium program</p> <p>Convert inquiries into enrollments by building trust, demonstrating impact, and following a consultative sales process</p> <p>Administer assessments and set students up with individualized learning plans (training provided)</p> <p>Oversee instruction and ensure consistent delivery of the Mathnasium method (with support from a Lead Instructor and regional team)</p> <p>Monitor center performance metrics-enrollment, revenue, labor, and expenses-to ensure sustainable growth and quality service</p> <p>Use our systems (such as Radius and Google Suite) to manage data, billing, scheduling, and student progress reporting</p> <p>Support local outreach efforts by building relationships with schools and community partners to promote the program and generate new enrollments</p> <p>Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and customer readiness within the center</p> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>You care deeply about helping kids succeed and want to be part of something meaningful</p> <p>You're a confident communicator who enjoys working with parents and can clearly explain educational goals and outcomes</p> <p>You're comfortable learning and discussing math through at least the middle school level (we'll train you on the rest!)</p> <p>You follow systems well, are organized, and take pride in executing processes with attention to detail</p> <p>You're dependable, proactive, and able to manage your time and responsibilities without close supervision</p> <p>You thrive in a team environment and are ready to be the consistent, steady presence that keeps your center running smoothly</p> <p>What You Can Expect</p> <p>A structured 90-day onboarding plan to help you master our systems, curriculum, and parent communication approach</p> <p>Ongoing support from a Lead Instructor and regional team</p> <p>A clear, proven framework for success that empowers you to deliver an excellent experience to students and families</p> <p>The opportunity to grow your center and help more kids gain confidence and skills in math</p> <p>Details</p> <p>Full-time, in-person role (40 hours/week)</p> <p>Instructional hours: Monday-Thursday: 3:00pm-8:00pm Saturday: 10:00am-2:00pm</p> <p>Standard work hours: Monday-Thursday: 12:00pm-8:00pm Friday & Saturday: 10:00am-2:00pm</p> <p>Must be available to work most Saturdays</p> <p>Must pass a background check</p> <p>If you're ready to lead a team, support local families, and make a lasting impact through education, we'd love to hear from you.
