This position works closely with the Art Director to conceptualize and execute ideas for digital and print materials used by the Office of Admissions for recruiting prospective students, as well as for materials needed from other departments across campus. If you're passionate about these values and want to make a positive impact on a diverse and changing world, then you'd be a great fit!</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a field related to communication required </li><li>2+ years of related professional experience </li><li>Proven graphic design experience and a strong portfolio of work </li><li>Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas </li><li>Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to professionally accept feedback and critique of work </li><li>Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and basic knowledge of Canva </li><li>Excellent time-management and organization skills </li><li>Experience producing multiple pieces as part of a bigger campaign </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral </li><li>Maintain university graphic and visual identity standards and be a steward for the Westminster brand and brand style guide </li><li>Collaborate with Art Director, Marketing & Communication team, and campus partners to conceptualize materials for campaigns/projects </li><li>Provide design concepts for campaigns/projects and present ideas to internal teams and clients </li><li>Maintain the highest possible standards of production for all materials developed for the university </li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work on tight deadlines </li><li>Work with campus partners throughout the design process </li><li>Create projects from concept to completion, working to ensure their success </li><li>Maintain attention to detail, professionalism, and dependability </li></ul> <p>Diversity and Inclusion:</p> <p>Promote an inclusive Westminster through demonstration of the commitments included in the Westminster University Diversity Statement.
