<p>A Kforce client is looking for a fully remote Product Manager to join their Strategy & Operations - Product team. This role is ideal for a driven digital product professional who is passionate about defining product vision and delivering high-quality digital experiences in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.</p> <p>Summary: The Product Manager will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, high-impact digital solutions. This role requires strong strategic thinking, execution discipline, and stakeholder collaboration, particularly within complex, regulated environments.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Product Manager will define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives </li><li>Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement </li><li>Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap based on customer needs and business value </li><li>Gather and document product requirements, functional specifications, and user stories </li><li>Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver successful product outcomes </li><li>As a Product Manager, you will ensure intuitive, seamless digital user experiences through feedback and data-driven insights </li><li>Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities </li><li>Track product performance, KPIs, and user metrics to guide enhancements </li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives </li><li>Communicate product status, risks, milestones, and outcomes to leadership* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience </li><li>2+ years of experience in Digital or Technology Product Management </li><li>Experience managing product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery execution </li><li>Experience delivering digital products or integrated product platforms </li><li>Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; Agile certification preferred </li><li>Proficiency with product and delivery tools such as Aha!, Jira, and Confluence </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in Financial Services or highly regulated industries </li><li>Exposure to servicing or loan servicing platforms </li><li>Background in Accounting or Finance </li><li>Familiarity with the Nortridge Loan System </li></ul>
