Come be a part of this journey with us as we champion lives!</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>This role exists to provide administrative services to participants and beneficiaries receiving reoccurring payments from OneAmerica, specifically pension, annuity and lump sum payments under PRT, GVA, Unallocated and Transamerica plans.</p> <p>The role adds value to the company by servicing participants that support the growing PRT business. Additionally, the processing of administrative tasks performed by this role helps to meet service level agreements and divisional goals. These functions support OneAmerica's goal of being there when our customers need us most.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Perform administrative tasks for annuities, pension benefits and lump sum payments for deferred annuity, defined benefit and other retirement plans. </li><li>Review and respond promptly to requests from participants, beneficiaries, and internal partners. </li><li>Process tasks related to managing a participant's records, this includes basic data updates (address, EFT, tax withholding, etc.), drafting correspondence and issuing replacement payments. </li><li>Set up basic annuities, lump sums, and death benefits. </li><li>Perform quality reviews and ensure transaction balance in TRECs and process successfully in RLRP. </li><li>Build relationships with internal partners. </li><li>Work autonomously within established procedures with limited supervision. </li><li>Participate in process improvement projects. </li><li>Designated as a process owner, responsible for identifying updates and maintaining procedures. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li>College degree or work experience in lieu preferred (insurance, operations, call center or financial services). </li><li>2+ years of experience in customer service required. </li><li>Requires self-accountability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment with high volumes. </li><li>Forward thinking. </li><li>Ability to work both independently and within a team. </li><li>Must have a strong desire to make a difference and make an impact to help our customers when they need us most. </li><li>High School Diploma required, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. </li></ul> <p>Salary Band: 2B</p> <p>This selected candidate will be expected to work Hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.
