<p>Location: Novi, MI, United States</p> <p>Share:</p> <p>Quick Apply Now</p> <p>Save Job Saved</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Objective:</p> <p>A Yardperson serves as the first point of contact for customers, greeting them upon arrival and addressing any needs or concerns they have regarding EPG rental equipment. A Yardperson also has the responsibility of moving of all EPG Rental equipment in the yard including loading and unloading.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Load and unload equipment on trailers or attach to customers' vehicles </li><li>Provide brief operational overview of equipment to customers as needed </li><li>Complete shipping and receiving reports </li><li>Perform receiving inspections </li><li>Basic machine maintenance (i.e., check & change oil, filter change, etc.) </li><li>Gathering and properly storing cabling </li><li>Keep equipment clean and organized in the yard </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Basic mechanical aptitude </li><li>Basic knowledge and experience with generators preferred </li><li>Strong sense of responsibility </li><li>Strong communication skills and excellent customer support experience </li><li>The ability to work overtime and weekends </li></ul> <p>Disclaimer Any Duties and Responsibilities described within the Careers Page are not a comprehensive list, and the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.
