The team partners closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Finance, Legal, and Product to ensure pricing decisions are consistent, well-documented, and aligned to strategic objectives.</p> <p>How?You'll?Contribute</p> <p>Own Deal Desk operations and pricing governance that supports pricing decisions (approval workflows, escalation thresholds, required documentation, and controls) to improve speed, consistency, and price realization.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Run Deal Desk operations and maintain pricing policies, approval matrices, and escalation thresholds. </li><li>Improve Deal Desk tooling and workflows (CRM, trackers, dashboards) to increase visibility, documentation quality, and turnaround time. </li><li>Led pricing reviews for non-standard deals; coordinate approvals and ensure clear rationale and documentation. </li><li>Partner with Product and GTM teams to align pricing with packaging and value positioning. </li><li>Own reporting and KPIs (price realization, discounting, renewal performance) and deliver insights to pricing and commercial leadership. </li><li>Provide deal guidance and modeling support to pricing analysts and commercial stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>What?You'll?Need to Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance, or a related field required, advanced degree (MBA) is a plus </li><li>7+ years of experience in pricing, deal desk, revenue operations, finance, or commercial governance roles, with cross-functional process ownership. </li><li>Experience building and improving pricing governance (e.g., approval frameworks, escalation paths, controls, and documentation standards). </li><li>Strong business judgment and executive communication skills; able to synthesize complex deal tradeoffs into clear recommendations and influence outcomes. </li><li>Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI (or similar) is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Nice-to-Haves</p> <ul> <li>SaaS, fintech, wealth management, or enterprise technology experience. </li><li>CPQ implementation experience. </li><li>Built pricing dashboards/metrics (discount waterfall, renewal uplift) and turned insights into action. </li><li>Supported renewals/retention motions (discount governance, uplift strategy, pipeline hygiene). </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Enjoy Working at Envestnet</p> <p>Help shape the future of WealthTech. The range listed?represents?a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits.
