<p>Job Title: Aseptic Technician - 1st Shift & 2nd Shift</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Join our dynamic team as an Aseptic Technician, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of medical components and glassware. Work in a controlled environment and contribute to the safety and quality of products in the pharmaceutical, compound pharmacy, medical device, and biotech industries.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Wash glassware and medical components using designated equipment. </li><li>Work in an ISO-6 cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE. </li><li>Perform aseptic cleaning and packaging of products. </li><li>Load and unload manufacturing equipment. </li><li>Package processed products according to specifications. </li><li>Monitor process systems and equipment for proper operation. </li><li>Perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks; assist maintenance team as needed. </li><li>Participate in safety committees and adhere to all safety rules and regulations. </li><li>Accurately complete required documentation for all tasks. </li><li>Clean, sanitize, and disinfect workstations with attention to detail and high work accuracy. </li><li>Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor. </li><li>Adapt to different processes depending on the project requirements. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Aseptic technique and sterilization experience. </li><li>Familiarity with laboratory and cleanroom environments. </li><li>Industry experience of 1-2 years is ideal, but recent graduates with lab or research project experience are encouraged to apply. </li><li>Understanding of GMP and SOP processes. </li><li>Good documentation practices. </li><li>Basic computer skills for internal database management. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Punctual, flexible, and hard-working individual with a desire for long-term growth. </li><li>Experience in pharmaceutical operations and sterile processing. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Work in ISO level 6 & 7 cleanrooms, requiring gowning for 6-10 hours with breaks.
