With manufacturing sites in Europe and North America, and supported by SCHOTT's global sales network, we are a leading supplier of high-quality fiber optic and LED components.</p> <p>Your Contribution</p> <ul> <li>Use an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software system to issue and track completion of work orders, enter service reports from vendors, and create reports. </li><li>Use SAP to enter standard and framework PO requisitions and service entry sheets. </li><li>Place orders in SCHOTT Purchasing software. </li><li>Maintain material shipping logs and forms to insure timely turnover of repairs. </li><li>Maintain various logs (visitor, keys, security). </li><li>Create and maintain file system. </li><li>Coordinate task to ensure compliance with annual permits calendar. </li><li>Coordinate departmental requirements such as uniform needs etc. </li><li>With guidance from maintenance staff, obtaining quotes. </li><li>Coordinate and communicate with support functions such as Accounting, Logistics and Purchasing. </li></ul> <p>Your Profile</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Minimum three (3) years' experience in an administrative assistant role. </li><li>SAP experience preferred. </li><li>Must be able to read, write, and speak English. </li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office software. </li><li>Self-motivated and results oriented. </li><li>Ability to work in a team oriented environment. </li><li>Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status is required. </li></ul> <p>Hourly Pay Range: $19.00-$30.00</p> <p>Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.</p> <p>Your Benefits</p> <p>At SCHOTT, you can expect a unique corporate culture where we emphasize equity, diversity, and inclusion.
