The Academic Coordinator is a core faculty member responsible for the coordination and oversight for the didactic phase of the Physician Assistant (PA) program. This vital role ensures the delivery of a comprehensive, high-quality curriculum aligned with ARC-PA accreditation standards and institutional goals. The Academic Coordinator contributes significantly to curriculum development and implementation, student assessment and advising, institutional quality assurance, while also teaching in the didactic and undergraduate programs.</p> <p>The successful candidate should hold a master's degree in physician assistant sciences, medical doctor, or doctor of osteopathy, should be licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania (Physician Assistant, Medical Doctor, or Doctor of Osteopathy) or ability to obtain a license, and have minimum of three years of clinical experience. Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills are required.
