We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people's lives and we want YOU to join our team!</p> <p>What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for residential activities within the dormitory providing for maximum program coordination, student safety and behavior modification, staff and student training and evaluation, student retention program, and preparation of records and reports, in compliance with government and management directives.</p> <p>Essential functions:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies, procedures, budgets, inventories, and programs affecting residential living, monitor and control expenditures and inventory. </li><li>Create a welcoming environment for students. </li><li>Coordinate dormitory staff, duty assignments, and dormitory activities. </li><li>Serve as property custodian in assigned dormitory. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Two (2) year experience working with the youth. </li><li>A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record. </li></ul> <p>Why: Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career.</p> <p>Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
