This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow in a supportive environment.</p> <p>In this role, you'll assist with verifying finished goods, inputting data from Production, Manufacturing, and Inventory teams, and reporting variances or discrepancies. Create and review reports, such as next-day and travelers reports, and manage all documentation related to the receiving, storage, and transfer of products to the plant.</p> <p>Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday</p> <p>Pay Rate: $22 - $24/hr.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor meat product inventory levels, track lot numbers, expiration dates, and organize products for inventory accuracy. </li><li>Coordinate with manufacturing to manage and balance leftover meat product lots. </li><li>Run and review manufacturing and labor reports using Microsoft Dynamics ERP system. </li><li>Collect and verify raw material inventory and production order data daily. </li><li>Summarize daily production runs and maintain accurate, organized MO filing for both shifts. </li><li>Create MO receipts, place masa and dairy orders, manage labor hours in Excel, and print/sort travelers' reports. </li><li>Support production planning for special units, ensure daily store demand is met, conduct ingredient cycle counts, and review weekly variance reports. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2-5 years of relevant experience </li><li>Associate degree in business, mathematics, or related field preferred, with 2+ years of experience as an analyst or clerk. </li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. </li><li>Holds a valid Food Handler Certification. </li><li>Able to work under pressure, meet expectations, and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude. </li></ul> <p>We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k plans, weekly pay, referral bonus potential, employee discount programs, unmatched professional development, and more!</p> <p>Ready to take the next step?
