This role focuses on performing root cause analysis to identify patterns and systemic issues leading to claim denials and payments less than expected contractual rate. This position will collaborate with various departments to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with payer and government requirements. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.</p> <p>Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree required with focus in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field preferred.</p> <p>Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in roles related to Revenue Cycle or other relevant work experience.
