You'll get the satisfaction of making great products people use and love.</p> <p>In this position...</p> <p>Meet and exceed warranty objectives by facilitating and following up on information exchange between departments to ensure topics are addressed.</p> <p>VRT Warranty Analyst</p> <p>What you'll do...</p> <ul> <li>Quick analytical abilities to rapidly resolve issues as they come up </li><li>Drive improvements in Warranty results. </li><li>Engage plant quality and production teams to prevent repetitive damage from the process and work with STA on supplier topics. </li><li>Oversees day-to-day ECBs and analyzes details for follow-up. </li><li>Lead and establish warranty review meetings with various OPD/supplier partners; focus on high hurts based on the data. </li><li>Update the warranty summaries for the control centers, PIC Room and PQR </li><li>Weekly Paynter report warranty follow-up/analysis on PRT, PIC ROOM, and other meetings. </li><li>Resolve issues arising related to manufacturing processes or surrounding dealer & PD topics. </li><li>Interface daily with other Ford departments (PD, OPD, PVT, Warranty, Quality, STA, Production, and other sister plants) </li><li>Ability to support meetings with Ford Teams around the globe requires availability for WebEx outside of normal business hours. </li><li>Overall manufacturing process basic knowledge.
