Apply today!</p> <p>Our comprehensive benefits include:</p> <ul> <li>Flexible schedules </li><li>Competitive pay + mileage reimbursement </li><li>401K with company match! </li><li>Other full time opportunities, also available </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Guides and counsels individuals and families in crisis, ranging from the unemployed to children who need foster homes to elderly people who have no one to care for them </li><li>Assists clients in obtaining government funds, education, or treatment </li><li>Secures information, such as medical, psychological, and social factors contributing to client's situation, and evaluates these and client's capacities Asks clients to explain problems, such as personal and family adjustments, finances, employment, food, clothing, housing, and physical and mental impairments to determine nature and degree of problem </li><li>Helps patient and family through individual or group conferences regarding plans for meeting needs, and aids client to mobilize inner capacities and environmental resources to improve social functioning </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Social Work </li><li>Five plus years clinical social work experience </li><li>Valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Medical Social Worker license </li><li>Ability to make psycho-social assessments and develop and implement viable care plans </li></ul> <p>About our Line of Business</p> <p>Adoration Home Health and Hospice, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, providing support for patients, families, and caregivers in their time of need.
