<p>This position is responsible for supporting the company's warehouse and delivery systems. This role is responsible for production support as well as new functionality and continuous improvement related to warehouse and delivery systems.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Key responsibility for warehouse and delivery systems. Responsibilities include developing systems requirements, implementing practical business solutions, and supporting the production installations of each system. </li><li>Lead implementation of projects. Project responsibilities will include documenting business requirements, specifying functional and technical requirements, implementing configuration and/or programming changes, preparing test plans, conducting system testing, training users, and supporting project rollouts </li><li>Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day problems and issues related to warehouse and delivery systems </li><li>Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders for topics concerning warehouse and delivery systems </li><li>Identify and execute performance improvement initiatives. Focus on application stability and continuous improvement </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree plus; prefer 3-5 years of analyst experience with Highjump warehouse management system; may substitute experience in one of the following technologies: </li></ul> <p>o Other warehouse management system</p> <p>o Roadnet, Peoplenet</p> <p>o Contech material handling system (or other material handling system)</p> <p>o Lucas voice pick system (or other voice pick system)</p> <ul> <li>Strongly prefer SQL DBA and/or program development experience </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Strong Excel and Word experience required; AS400 experience desired </li><li>Ability to manage competing demands and deal with frequent change </li><li>Ability to interact with all functional areas and organizational levels </li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills </li><li>Strong analytical skills </li></ul> <p>Worker Sub-Type:</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Time Type:</p> <p>Full time</p>
