The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL. This role involves overseeing testing processes to ensure quality and efficiency in our projects contributing to the companys success and societal impact.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the testing team to ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards. </li><li>Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases for various projects. </li><li>Provide expertise in Ab Initio Unix Database and SQL AWS to enhance testing processes. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities. </li><li>Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making. </li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Cards and Payments. </li><li>Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing processes to prevent project delays. </li><li>Develop and maintain testing documentation for future reference and continuous improvement. </li><li>Coordinate with developers and business analysts to resolve defects and improve product quality. </li><li>Implement automated testing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort. </li><li>Monitor testing progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet project timelines. </li><li>Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. </li><li>Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring the delivery of reliable and secure payment solutions. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Possess strong technical skills in Ab Initio Unix Database and SQL AWS essential for effective testing. </li><li>Demonstrate domain expertise in Cards and Payments crucial for understanding project requirements. </li><li>Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to address testing challenges efficiently. </li><li>Have a keen eye for detail to ensure thorough testing and defect identification. </li><li>Show proficiency in automated testing tools to streamline testing processes. </li><li>Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. </li><li>Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new testing technologies. </li></ul> <p>#LI-KN1</p> <p>Salary and Other Compensation:</p> <p>Applications will be accepted until December 20th 2025.
