<p>The Sr. HR Business Partner administers company-wide Employee Relations (ER) programs, investigates employee complaints, and ensures compliance with state and federal HR regulations.</p> <p>Seeking qualified candidates who are bilingual in Spanish/English, with strong Employee Relations and Safety experience</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Employee Relations:</p> <ul> <li>Investigate employee complaints and manage disciplinary actions. </li><li>Resolve employee issues through coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution. </li><li>Collaborate with ER corporate HQ and management for smooth ER operations. </li><li>Manage PDC ER programs and listen to employee and management feedback. </li></ul> <p>HR Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Handle new hire orientation, exit interviews, background checks, and drug screening. </li><li>Manage audits related to hiring practices. </li><li>Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent experience. </li><li>Master's Degree preferred but not required. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience working in a Warehouse environment.</p> </li><li> <p>5-10 years in HR with a focus on Employee Relations.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in job analysis and HR consulting.</p> </li><li> <p>Administration of multi-state programs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. </li></ul> <p>Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>PHR Certification preferred. </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Monday through Friday, overlapping 1st and 2nd shifts. </li></ul> <p>After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
