Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.</p> <p>Job Purpose and Impact</p> <p>The Project and reliability Supervisor will coordinate the overall technical engineering of build projects that are operationally efficient. In this role, you will supervise a team that executes a variety of medium complex activities with a focus on the detailed engineering design over a project lifecycle.</p> <p>Key Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervise the execution of the area design packages in compliance with regulatory codes, area standards and specific technology needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop the area scope of work to ensure project objectives, selecting, managing and directing the external service providers.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate the development of the area estimates to track progress against estimates.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide input from area disciplines and subject matter authorities to support the design to ensure it meets the specific needs of the business.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with regional and global leadership to identify work process enhancements.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum one year of directly related work experience</p> </li><li> <p>Other minimum qualifications may apply</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience partnering with third party resources to deliver business results</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of environmental health and safety standards and international standards and codes related to build projects and construction safety</p> </li><li> <p>One year of supervisory experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet</p>
