<p>Akkodis is seeking an QA Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Jersey City, NJ / Dallas, TX / Tampa, FL. Candidate must have strong capability in developing and validating Power BI dashboards to ensure accurate, high-quality data insights.</p> <p>Rate Range: $37/hour to $46/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>QA Business Analyst job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversees the gathering and translation of business requirements into clear technical specifications for dashboards.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops interactive, user-friendly Power BI reports using DAX, Power Query, and optimized data models.</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts thorough QA testing, including data validation and debugging inconsistencies in reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs data modelling and implements performance optimization techniques such as RLS.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains documentation covering data sources, transformations, and report functionality.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborates with stakeholders to present insights and ensure dashboards align with key business KPIs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical discipline.</p> </li><li> <p>8-10 years of experience in BI development, QA validation, and analytical reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong capability in building and validating Power BI dashboards using DAX, Power Query, and optimized data models.</p> </li><li> <p>Candidate will possess proven experience in performing rigorous QA testing, including data validation, defect identification, and report debugging.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
