Shift Manager Marketplace</p> <p>FLSA Designation: Non-Exempt</p> <p>License Type: Non-Gaming</p> <p>Target Pay: Start $23.04 One Year - $25.60</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Engages in friendly conversation with customers in line </li><li>Help all guests regardless of where they are seated and brings food to guests when available to do so </li><li>Works in assigned area, taking drink orders, presenting drinks to customers, clearing tables, and serving food </li><li>Fills the customer's order in a friendly, prompt, and accurate manner and helps them by suggesting popular items and up selling items to purchase </li><li>Checks identification to ensure customers are using players cards issued to them and no one else </li><li>Operates cash register following established cash handling procedures </li><li>Performs other duties, prepping and preparing food orders, working with production staff to make food for the restaurant </li><li>Prepares specialty coffee/smoothies at specialty outlet </li><li>Maintains a clean and organized workstation </li><li>Inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption </li><li>Monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines </li><li>Cleans and stocks food prep areas, dining area and workstations </li><li>Performs all duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Six Months or more of customer service experience (food and beverage industry preferred) </li><li>18 Years of age or older </li><li>Must be alcohol and food handler certified </li><li>Requires prolonged periods of standing and walking </li><li>Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English </li><li>Ability to perform basic math </li><li>Ability to understand the concept of cash handling, making change and counting it back to customers </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing </li><li>Requires the use of cash registers, calculators, and credit card machines </li><li>Ability to communicate with Team members and guests </li><li>Ability to be a TEAM player </li><li>Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process </li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to see, talk, and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk </li><li>Must occasionally lift and lift to 25 pounds </li><li>Frequently required to stoop, crouch, or kneel </li><li>Ability to interact with others while maintaining a courteous and positive demeanor </li><li>Exposure to high noise level </li></ul>
