<p>Position: Vice President, Innovation</p> <p>Reports to: Chairman and CEO</p> <p>Location: Columbus, Ohio</p> <p>Pay Range: $250,000 - $300,000</p> <p>We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates.</p> <p>Superior is seeking a Vice President of Innovation to identify, test, and implement technologies that improve how we build and operate. This role will work across the entire organization - from our jobsite teams to our corporate functions - to drive practical technologies (software and hardware) that make our business even better. This position will be based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Set and drive the company's near and long-term innovation strategy </li><li>Serve as Superior's main point of contact, and a public-facing innovation leader, on new construction and corporate technologies </li><li>Partner with the CEO to align leaders around innovation priorities and change initiatives </li><li>Identify and evaluate new innovation technologies </li><li>Build and manage relationships with startups, venture capital firms, and manufacturers </li><li>Lead pilots to test new technologies in jobsite and corporate environments, ensuring clear success criteria </li><li>Partner with colleagues to validate ROI and scalability </li><li>Chair the Product Review Council to help evaluate ROI, risk, and operational fit </li><li>Drive successful rollout of proven solutions across the organization </li><li>Foster a culture of digital fluency, experimentation, and continuous learning </li></ul> <p>Your Character Traits</p> <ul> <li>You're super passionate about innovation and trends in technology </li><li>You're highly skilled in project management </li><li>You're a strong problem solver </li><li>You're a clear communicator with strong executive presence </li></ul> <p>Your Expertise</p> <ul> <li>Required: You have proven experience in construction innovation, corporate innovation, venture capital, startups, or strategy consulting </li><li>Required: You have experience identifying, piloting, and scaling new technologies </li><li>Required: You have experience working with startups or venture capital firms </li><li>Bonus Points: You have experience working in the construction industry </li><li>Bonus Points: You have experience supporting with the analysis and diligence of strategic investments and partnerships </li></ul> <p>Our Benefits</p> <p>We offer a range of professional and personal perks that you can enjoy as a member of Superior.
