This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your adult clients while providing essential support, this may include:</p> <ul> <li>Activities of Daily Living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care </li><li>Household Support: Light housekeeping, laundry, bed making </li><li>Meal Preparation and Feeding </li><li>Ambulation (transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices) and Exercises </li><li>Assist with Self-Administered Medications </li><li>Companion Care </li></ul> <p>What Makes You a Great Candidate</p> <ul> <li>Previous home health care or patient care are welcomed but not required. No training, no problem, we offer FREE TRAINING (2-days virtually). </li><li>Ability to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records. </li><li>Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect. </li><li>Ability to travel to client's homes assigned. </li><li>A commitment to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated with compassion, excellence, and reliability - The Bayda Way! </li><li>Strong people skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer skills are highly </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum one (1) year of verifiable work experience (does not have to be in the HHA field) or have completed a state approved HHA training course or vocational school program and satisfactory references. </li><li>Pass a Home Health Aide (HHA) Competency Examination. </li><li>Submit to a criminal background check in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations. </li><li>Be at least 18 years of age. </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love BAYADA</p> <ul> <li>Weekly Pay.
