<ul> <li>Assist VP Finance to drive meaningful analysis and reporting that supports business growth </li><li>Assist with preparation of quarterly financial presentations for the board of directors by developing clear variance analysis and explanation </li><li>Work side-by-side with Channel Marketing Mangers to develop, analyze, and provide insight regarding sales tactics to facilitate sales and margin growth / improvements. </li><li>Interact with corporate controller's office to publish various flash reports during the monthly close process </li><li>Lead in preparation of monthly financial reports detailing performance versus plan and forecast </li><li>Assist VP Finance with monthly forecast development detailing performance versus plan and forecast </li><li>Provide financial oversight for Sales Incentive Plan calculations, corresponding financial accruals, and reporting </li><li>Drive meaningful ad hoc analysis that facilitates business growth and profitability improvement </li><li>Assist in the consolidation of the annual strategic plan update </li><li>Develop new reporting templates and ad hoc analysis as needed </li><li>Perform Account and Hyperion Essbase structure maintenance </li><li>Duties require expert PC skills in use of Excel and Essbase, and proficient skills in PowerPoint and Word. </li><li>Good baseline working knowledge of Oracle Finance EBS Suite and BI reporting module. </li></ul> <p>Skills/Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>4-6 years related experience required </li><li>Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines. Must be detail oriented </li><li>Strong systems skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required </li><li>Experience with Oracle, Hyperion and JD Edwards </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization </li><li>Results and deadline oriented, strong attention to detail, strong work ethic, ability to identify process improvements, ability and desire to take action </li><li>Strong analytical & problem-solving skills </li><li>Leadership skills and the ability and desire to drive change </li><li>Individual must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management and personnel. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors of Accounting or Finance required. </li><li>Work towards a Master's degree and/or professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus </li></ul>
