<p>Job Description</p> <p>Infosys is seeking an Oracle Retail Principal Consultant, who will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Candidate may be located in Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Phoenix AZ, Indianapolis IN or Hartford CT or be ready to relocate to these locations.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.</p> </li><li> <p>11+ years of Information Technology experience.</p> </li><li> <p>10+ years of in-depth experience in Oracle-Retail Merchandise applications (RMS/MFCS, ReSA)</p> </li><li> <p>At least have 2 or more implementation cycle experience of Oracle-Retail Merchandising (RMS/MFCS, ReSA)</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in designing integration between Oracle-Retail and other applications.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience of global delivery environment to work with offshore and nearshore teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Communication and Analytical skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
