Sr. Product Directors are natural leaders who inspire and deliver.</p> <p>We're seeking a strategic, data driven Sr. Product Director to lead our Marketing Technology (Martech) capabilities. You will define the product vision and roadmap for the platforms, tools, and integrations that power personalized marketing, customer lifecycle automation, segmentation, campaign orchestration, real-time decisioning, and measurement.</p> <p>You will own the end-to-end MarTech stack and enable Marketing, Growth, CRM, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver targeted, timely, and impactful customer experiences at scale. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing operations, customer data, activation pipelines, and highly regulated environments. Your passion inspires those around you to come together and create experiences which delight our customers.</p> <p>You'll define the product strategy and roadmap, lead a team of Product Managers, and drive measurable impact across growth, trust, and operational efficiency.
