We're looking for artistic, detail-oriented individuals to craft beautifully decorated cakes and treats that delight guests and celebrate life's sweetest moments.</p> <p>Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, we offer flexible scheduling and a supportive environment where your skills can shine.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Decorate Baskin Robbins cakes and frozen desserts to meet design standards and custom orders </li><li>Receive and process online, phone, and in-store cake orders accurately and efficiently </li><li>Maintain proper inventory of cakes, icings, and decorations </li><li>Ensure the cake station is clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies </li><li>Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines </li><li>Maintain positive relationships with guests, team members, and leadership </li><li>Assist with product displays and merchandising as needed </li><li>Support other areas of the restaurant when needed (teamwork makes the dream work!) </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for decorating and design </li><li>Experience in cake decorating is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate </li><li>Strong time management and communication skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of your station </li><li>Friendly, reliable, and positive attitude </li><li>Must be at least 16 years of age </li></ul> <p>Perks and Benefits</p> <p>We take care of our team and love to see them grow.
