<p>Delta College Career Opportunities</p> <p>Position Information</p> <p>Position Title Swim Instructor Employee Group Temporary Division/Department Fitness & Recreation Center Status</p> <p>Part-time temporary, 18-20 hours/week, Hourly salary of $10.20</p> <p>Position Summary Information</p> <p>Position Accountabilities and Essential Functions</p> <p>The successful candidate must demonstrate experience, skills, and commitment to fostering an environment of belonging, diversity, equity and inclusion.</p> <p>Teaching private and group swim classes in accordance with the FRC guidelines.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Certified in any Swim instructor program. </li><li>Must be able to see and hear calls of distress. </li><li>Must be able to pick up equipment. </li><li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs. </li><li>Must display emotional maturity, good communication skills, judgement and tact, and a positive attitude. </li></ul> <p>Additional Experiences Considered</p> <ul> <li>Must be current with the following certifications: Any Swim instructor program. </li></ul> <p>Application Deadline</p> <p>Position will remain open until filled.
