A dedication to create a great work environment for our team and a drive to continuously learn is a MUST!</p> <p>Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Working with our sales and marketing department, develop and execute a business plan designed to increase our volume of Mold, Fire/Smoke cleaning, and other specialty cleaning jobs </li><li>Work with Industrial Hygienist and other experts in the field to represent Paul Davis Restoration as a leader in the Specialty cleaning field. </li><li>Provide a safe and efficient work environment for all employees. </li><li>Lead, manage, and hold accountable the emergency team for accomplishing financial and service goals. </li><li>Represent the Paul Davis Mission, Vision and Values </li><li>Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives </li><li>Builds, develops, and manages Emergency Services teams capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives </li><li>On Call Rotation - Required to provide on-call support and back-up support when assigned.
