This is a direct-hire opportunity.</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Pay of $25-$30 per hour based on experience </li><li>Monday - Thursday | 6:00 - 4:00 PM & Friday | 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM </li><li>Direct-hire opportunity </li><li>Health benefits and 401(k) with matching </li><li>Paid time off (PTO) </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent (technical school preferred) </li><li>5+ years of experience in maintenance or construction </li><li>2+ years in a manufacturing plant environment </li><li>Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls aptitude </li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and drawings </li><li>Experience with forklifts and working at elevated heights </li><li>Basic computer skills </li><li>Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 125 lbs) and wear PPE </li><li>Must pass a physical exam per OSHA 1910.134 </li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work independently </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and repair plant equipment, including pumps, HVAC, electrical, welding, and carpentry </li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machinery </li><li>Install piping, controls, and electrical components </li><li>Use forklifts to transport materials and access elevated work areas </li><li>Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA standards </li><li>Keep detailed maintenance records and reports </li><li>Support safety policies and maintain a clean, organized facility </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned </li></ul>
