<p>New Heights Charter School is Massachusetts's only public school that involves all grades (6-12) in the Early College approach. Nearly all our 11th and 12th graders are full-time students on a college campus, with younger students earning college credits at the school. You will join a committed and creative team of educators who provide academic and social-emotional support to young people from high-need backgrounds, ensuring they are college and career-ready. We support our staff with a wide array of professional development opportunities and coaching. Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Operations will be an innovative and strategic decision-maker, driving and implementing school operational systems and infrastructure. The DOO will have experience across school operations, logistics, finance, and academic administration to assist the Principal in successfully managing the school's facility. The DOO will work in close partnership and support of the Principal, the school-based leadership team, and the District team. You will design, implement, and continuously improve systems that enable the school to operate efficiently so that the early college model of instruction and academic excellence can remain at the forefront.
