We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager (Senior Manager) to support and implement inclusion initiatives in the US as well as supporting the implementation of inclusive business propositions in the North America region. In the role, you will have dual reporting lines to the Head of Inclusion US/GWAM and the Global Inclusive Business Lead.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and execute project plans for the implementation of inclusive business propositions across the North America region supporting the overall Inclusive Business global programme. This is a key company global strategy to drive inclusive business at Manulife. Some examples of current initiatives include:</p> </li><li> <p>Engaging with local market leadership and deploying inclusive propositions ie.
