This part-time job offers a supportive environment, consistent weekday hours, and the chance to be part of a fun and collaborative UVU community.</p> <ul> <li>Customer Service & Frontline Support Assists customers by answering questions, locating products, and providing knowledgeable support during regular and high-volume periods. Contributes to a welcoming store environment that enhances customer experience and supports campus needs.  </li><li>Merchandising & Stock Management Stocks new merchandise on the sales floor, rearranges displays to accommodate new or seasonal items, and keeps sales and backstock areas clean, organized, and clearly labeled. Ensures merchandising standards are upheld to maintain an attractive and accessible retail environment.  </li><li>Inventory Receiving & Processing Verifies and documents incoming shipments, ensuring product counts are accurate, discrepancies or damages are reported promptly, and merchandise is properly priced and labeled. Conducts weekly inventory counts and recounts to maintain accurate stock record. </li><li>Operational & Administrative Support Follows verbal and written instructions with accuracy and attention to detail, completing tasks such as processing orders, handling data, and supporting course-material workflows during peak cycles. Communicates effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain coordinated daily operations while adhering to bookstore procedures and loss-prevention guidelines.  </li><li>Performs other job-related duties, as assigned. </li></ul> <p>High School Diploma and 1+ year of retail experience. </p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>High School Diploma, 1+ year of retail experience, and knowledge of NetSuite.
