<p>Occupational Therapist</p> <p>Infinity Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. In this role, you will help adults improve their independence, safety, and quality of life through individualized, evidence-based therapy services.</p> <p>The Occupational Therapist will evaluate residents, create and carry out treatment plans, document progress, communicate with the care team, and provide therapy services under physician orders.
