We are committed to offering a wide range of quality inpatient and outpatient services, including a fully equipped emergency department and a Level II NICU.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Maintains American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions. </li><li>Ensures proper patient identification, order verification, and prepares the patient for the exam. </li><li>Performs exams per department protocol and reviews images for quality, clarity, and accuracy. </li><li>Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and maintains a safe working environment. </li><li>Completes studies within acceptable time limits without compromising patient care or quality. </li><li>Assists and instructs students and other CT Techs in exam protocols, procedures, positioning, and equipment. </li><li>Provides appropriate patient education, ensures patient comfort, and addresses concerns. </li><li>Assist and instruct students and other radiology technologists in exam protocols, procedures, positioning, and equipment. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (R) Upon Hire, Required </li><li>Basic Life Support Certification (BLS), Required </li><li>Licensure in state of practice as applicable, Upon Hire, Required </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Certified Computed Tomography Technologist - American Registry of Radiography Technologists ARRT (R)(CT), Preferred </li><li>1+ years of CT Experience, Preferred </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Hearing/Listening, Lifting, Manual Dexterity, Seeing, Standing. </li></ul> <p>Location:</p> <p>Intermountain Health American Fork Hospital</p> <p>Work City:</p> <p>American Fork</p> <p>Work State:</p> <p>Utah</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours:</p> <p>36</p> <p>The hourly range for this position is listed below.
