<p>Nemours is seeking a Constable Supervisor to join our team in Wilmington, DE.</p> <p>The Public Safety Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing security personnel to ensure a safe, professional, and service-oriented environment. This role emphasizes accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement in public safety operations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Supervise and direct assigned staff, ensuring performance expectations are met and shift operations run efficiently.</p> <p>Make timely, informed decisions aligned with organizational values and safety priorities.</p> <p>Coach and develop team members through feedback, training, and support.</p> <p>Facilitate daily shift activities, including whiteboard meetings, and manage payroll using Kronos.</p> <p>Promote a culture of service excellence by aligning behavior with goals, measuring key performance metrics, and recognizing success.</p> <p>Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while effectively prioritizing and resolving issues.</p> <p>Respond effectively to emergency situations and manage resources cost-effectively.</p> <p>Uphold ethical standards and foster a diverse, inclusive work environment.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Valid State of Delaware Constable License.</p> <p>Valid State Driver's License with ability to operate authorized hospital vehicles.</p> <p>Familiarity with the Delaware Criminal Code.</p> <p>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p> <p>Ability to handle sensitive issues confidentially and professionally.</p> <p>Additional Duties:</p> <p>Perform other duties as assigned.</p>
