We're seeking reliable team members who are ready to grow with us in a fast-paced production environment.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>We are hiring a Dough Processing Associate to support our production line by preparing, handling, and processing dough in accordance with company recipes and safety standards. This role is key to ensuring product consistency and quality in our bakery or dough-based production process.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepare and process dough according to established formulas and batch sheets</p> </li><li> <p>Operate mixers, sheeters, dividers, or other dough-handling equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor dough consistency, temperature, and texture during processing</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately weigh, measure, and handle ingredients</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure work area and equipment are cleaned and sanitized regularly</p> </li><li> <p>Document production data and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)</p> </li><li> <p>Follow GMP, food safety, and allergen control guidelines</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate any issues or inconsistencies to the line lead or supervisor</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in setup and changeover of equipment for different products</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Previous experience working with dough or in food manufacturing preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to follow recipes, batch records, and safety protocols</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and cleanliness</p> </li><li> <p>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus</p> </li><li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>Santa Ana CA 3009</p>
