<p>Description:</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure documentation and reporting of all findings in assigned registry. </li><li>Submits validated, timely data to the registry as required </li><li>Utilizes clinical skills to investigate processes of patient care and treatment modalities to determine compliance with evidence based guidelines. </li><li>Records, monitors, and reports both retrospective, concurrent, and post discharge data. </li><li>Participates in improvement initiatives as assigned. </li><li>Serves as a liaison between the Hospital and other entities. </li><li>Works collaboratively with physicians and others to develop strategies to successfully anticipate and meet outcome-based quality initiatives internally and externally. </li><li>Maintain expertise with current professional registry requirements. </li><li>Coordinates clinical data for the purpose of developing data into useable, understandable, information to improve patient care and delivery, identify opportunities for improvement and obtain desired reportable and patient outcomes. </li><li>Able to manage database applications. </li><li>Provides consultation regarding data analysis and interpretation to physicians, leadership, and others.
