<p>Physical Requirements</p> <p>Stand or Sit(Stationary position), Walk(Move, Traverse), Use hand/fingers to handle or feel (Operate, Activate, Use, Prepare, Inspect, Place, Detect, Position), Climb (stairs/ladders) or balance (Ascend/Descend, Work atop, Traverse), Stoop, kneel, crouch, or Crawl(Position self(to), Move), Talk/hear(Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information), See (Detect, Determine, Perceive, Identify, Recognize, Judge, Observe, Inspect, Estimate, Assess), Repetitive Motion, Pushing or Pulling, Reaching</p> <p>Function in the Job</p> <p>Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.</p> <p>Job Function</p> <ul> <li>Setup and document tooling and safe practices for Kinetic machine operations </li><li>Responsible for operation, proving programs, operating controls, setting all machine functions, deburring, and inspection of parts to assure conformance will be required </li><li>Verify accuracy of machine settings to confirm accurate tolerances and machine functions </li><li>Operators will be required to maintain accurate parts and motivation on routine repetitive jobs </li><li>During operations, required to maintain cleanliness of the machine </li><li>In-process checks will be required by the operator to maintain all required tolerances and quality </li><li>Complete all required safety procedures prior to and during operations </li><li>Communicate with management, supervisors, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolved machining or quality issues </li><li>Communicate all production-related items to next shift operators or supervisors </li><li>Ability to maintain/order stock of tooling. </li><li>Miscellaneous duties as necessary </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work from drawings and sketches, read and understand manuals/specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished products, sequence of operations and setup requirements </li><li>Skilled in organizing work area before and after parts are processed, stacking completed parts properly on pallets to eliminate double handling and work efficiently </li><li>Ability to detect equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjust machine within capabilities. Report all malfunctions to supervisor. </li><li>Wall crane experience helpful </li><li>Forklift experience helpful </li><li>Ability to tactfully deal with customers, Sales Representatives, co-workers, and vendors as necessary </li><li>Ability to read tape measure, calipers, and micrometers. </li></ul>
