<p>Position Summary</p> <p>Our Deloitte Human Capital team helps organizations create value through people performance. Join our team to make work better for humans and humans better at work.</p> <p>Work You'll Do</p> <p>As a UKG WFM Time Module Support Specialist, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to the UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Time module </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert for the UKG WFM Time module, providing insights and solutions for both internal teams and external clients </li><li>Manage escalated support tickets from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of all actions taken </li><li>Assist in the configuration and customization of the UKG WFM Time module to meet organizational needs, including rule setup and timekeeping parameters </li><li>Work closely with IT, HR, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the WFM Time system </li><li>Provide training and mentorship to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff to enhance their troubleshooting skills and product knowledge </li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting procedures </li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with management to implement changes that enhance user experience and system efficiency </li></ul> <p>The Team</p> <p>Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact. Innovates and delivers creative, industry-centric solutions that streamline work and accelerate speed-to-value.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience supporting UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions </li><li>1+ years of experience with UKG WFM Time module functionalities, including the configuration, customization, troubleshooting & resolving of complex issues, and best practices </li><li>Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements: </li><li>Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia) </li><li>Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location </li><li>Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes </li><li>Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance </li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future </li><li>Bachelor's degree </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>UKG Workforce Central 8.1 and UKG Pro WFM Certified </li></ul> <p>Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: https://www2.deloitte.com/us/en/pages/careers/articles/join-deloitte-assistance-for-disabled-applicants.html</p> <p>Recruiting tips</p> <p>From developing a stand out resume to putting your best foot forward in the interview, we want you to feel prepared and confident as you explore opportunities at Deloitte.
