Join our team to make work better for humans and humans better at work.</p> <p>Work You'll Do</p> <p>As a UKG WFM Time Module Support Specialist, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to the UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Time module </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert for the UKG WFM Time module, providing insights and solutions for both internal teams and external clients </li><li>Manage escalated support tickets from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of all actions taken </li><li>Assist in the configuration and customization of the UKG WFM Time module to meet organizational needs, including rule setup and timekeeping parameters </li><li>Work closely with IT, HR, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the WFM Time system </li><li>Provide training and mentorship to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff to enhance their troubleshooting skills and product knowledge </li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting procedures </li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with management to implement changes that enhance user experience and system efficiency </li></ul> <p>The Team</p> <p>Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact.
