You will be responsible for conducting topographical surveys, boundary assessments, and construction layouts. Your role will also involve performing land record research and managing survey data using AutoCAD.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct field surveying for residential and commercial projects. </li><li>Perform topographical surveys, boundary assessments, and construction layouts. </li><li>Execute land record research. </li><li>Download and upload survey data into AutoCAD. </li><li>Draft designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in land surveying. </li><li>Experience as a crew/party chief. </li><li>Proficiency in boundary surveying, construction layouts, and topographical surveys. </li><li>Familiarity with Trimble instruments, Trimble data collectors, and GNSS systems. </li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience running a survey crew. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>You will be working full-time in-office within a small firm consisting of 8-9 team members.
